Na última semana, os alunos da Escola Municipal Coronel Pedro Vieira tiveram uma experiência inesquecível durante uma visita ao Haras Vale dos Sonhos. A excursão fez parte do projeto “Sanitaristas Mirins”, promovido pelo Instituto Mineiro de Agropecuária (IMA). O objetivo da atividade foi complementar os conhecimentos adquiridos em sala de aula sobre temas como saúde animal, saúde vegetal, meio ambiente e segurança alimentar.
Durante a visita, os estudantes puderam ver de perto os cuidados com os cavalos, práticas de manejo sustentável e diversas questões relacionadas à produção rural consciente. A oportunidade de vivenciar o que aprenderam na teoria trouxe ainda mais significado aos temas debatidos no projeto, tornando o aprendizado dinâmico e prático.
O projeto “Sanitaristas Mirins” tem como foco principal a conscientização dos jovens sobre a importância do desenvolvimento rural sustentável, preparando-os para que, no futuro, possam atuar de forma responsável e comprometida com o meio ambiente e com a segurança alimentar.
A visita ao Haras Vale dos Sonhos certamente marcou um importante capítulo no aprendizado desses alunos, que voltaram para a escola com novas ideias e uma visão mais ampla sobre a importância do equilíbrio entre desenvolvimento e preservação.
O projeto, criado pelo Instituto Mineiro de Agropecuária (IMA), promove atividades educativas em escolas públicas, com o objetivo de ensinar às crianças e adolescentes conceitos de sanidade animal, vegetal, além de práticas ambientais e de segurança alimentar. Através de aulas teóricas e práticas, busca-se inserir os alunos em questões essenciais para o desenvolvimento rural sustentável.
